with in house facility for Pattern Making, Heat Treatment and also for Machining Castings with all associated testing facilities.

KEC is equipped with :

Indigenous, fully automatic simultaneous jolt squeeze Moulding machines to accomodate Mould boxes of various sizes from 400 mm to 520 mm.

Sand Plant equipment for sand preparation, moulding and core making with testing facilities.

Indigenous, fully semi-automatic shell core shooters and also facilities for CO2 core making.

We also have facilities for heavy and medium
Hand moulding jobs upto 1 Ton each.
